CameraWare Privacy Statement

In order to provide live video viewing services, CameraWare must collect, use, and share certain information about you. This explains what we collect, whom we share it with, and how you can contact CameraWare in order to ensure the accuracy of the data we collect, use, and share. The data that CameraWare collects and maintains is detailed below.

The personal information we collect and how we use this information:

When you visit the CameraWare website, we capture your Internet provider's domain name and the country that you came from (e.g., "aol.com"), along with your unique IP address.

The information we collect on the CameraWare web site is used for statistics only.

Your Personal Information:

CameraWare will only collect personal information that you choose to provide voluntarily when you are making a purchase. "Personal information" includes information that can identify you as a specific individual, such as your name, address, your unique IP address, phone number, and email address.

Browsing:

We do use standard web server log files to help us count visitors and evaluate our site's technical capacity. We use this information to find out how many people visit, to help us arrange the pages in the most user-friendly way, to keep the site browser-friendly, and to make our pages more useful to our visitors. We record information on site traffic but not information on individual visitors to our site, so no information about you in particular will be kept or used.

Email:

When you send us an email, we will use your email address to reply to your comment or question, and we will store your communication and our reply in case we correspond further. Beyond our initial reply, we will never use your email address to send you any unsolicited message or information, (other than purchase receipt). Nor will we share it with or sell it to anyone else for such use.

When you request information or other services, we use your email address and any other information you give us to provide you with the information or other services you requested until you ask us to stop. We will not use your address or other information to provide you with any unsolicited message or information (unless that is part of the service you are requesting), nor will we share it with or sell, rent, or lease it to any third party for such use.

Public Forums:

CameraWare makes chat rooms, forums, message boards, and news groups available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

Linking to Other Sites:

Please remember that when you use a link to go from the CameraWare website, to another website, the CameraWare Site Rules and this Privacy Statement are no longer in effect. Your browsing and interaction on any other website, including any site that has a link on the CameraWare website, is subject to the rules and policies of that site. We encourage you to read the rules and policies of the sites you visit to further understand their procedures for collecting, using, and disclosing personal information.

Our policy is simple: we never sell or rent your personal information to any third party under any circumstances. Unless required to do so by an authorized law enforcement agent or appointed Officer of the Court, CameraWare will not release any personally-identifiable information, in whole or in part, to any third party, without first obtaining the express consent of the individual user.

CameraWare uses security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our website.

If you have submitted personally-identifiable information through CameraWare and would like that information deleted from our records, please contact our customer service desk at the email address of cwhelp@gmail.com and provide us with your name, your username, and any information you feel is important. We will use reasonable efforts to delete this information from our existing files.
