Although no one would ever know it by looking at your trim figure, some of us on the Internet have trouble staying fit in a cyber lifestyle. This can be especially challenging in the warm summer months. But your loyal fans at Eye On CameraWare are keeping an eye on your figure for you. We have compiled a list of healthy summer fruits and vegetables that can be enjoyed from the comfort of your computer and require absolutely no cooking effort at all!
Apples
are high in fiber, low in calories and have no fat, cholesterol, or sodium.
Apples are higher in fiber than even a bowl of oatmeal and apples are infinitely
easier to eat as finger food.
Bananas contain high amounts of potassium which is good for your muscles which helps to keep you sitting upright at the keyboard. Potassium also lowers the risk of hypertension, aiding you in those very exciting CameraWare moments.
Blueberries
are another handy food to snack on while on the computer. They are low
in fat, cholesterol and sodium. One
refreshing way to enjoy these nutritious little gems is to drop frozen
blueberries into sparkling water. Sweet and cool!
Broccoli is high in Lutein, which is shown to reduce the risk of cataracts. We don’t want you to squint to see the monitor, you’ll develop wrinkles!
Grapes are high in Vitamin C, which is good for your skin, teeth and bones. We must keep a white, bright smile for the camera!
Lemons
and Limes are good for perking up your 6-8 glasses of
water a day. Citrus fruits are good for combating scurvy. We at Eye on
CameraWare are unsure of the extent of scurvy on the Internet, but best
not to take chances.
Carrots are rich in Beta-Carotene, which our bodies convert into Vitamin A. Vitamin A is responsible for shiny hair and healthy skin. Carrots are also good for the eyes, enabling even the most hard core Internet user to view CameraWare videos long into the night.

Oh sorry, I was distracted by hunger. If you will all excuse me for
a moment, I’m off to get a snack.
