Q. What do I get with a CameraWare License?
A. All kinds of goodies, starting with full access to
all the CameraWare Video Sender features (slideshow,
secret code, closed community and private broadcasting) to
being able to continuously run the fabulous CameraWare

Q. How do I purchase a CameraWare License?
A. You can purchase a license using your credit card directly
through our card processing merchant, PayPal, PayPal account or eCheck,
or by money order via Mail Order.

Q. I did not receive my new CameraWare License. What do I do?
A. First, check your Spam or Junk Mail folders inside your
Email program, and make sure that your new CameraWare License
Information email did not get redirected into those folders.
Check to make sure that your email settings allow the following
addresses to send email to you:

cwhelp@gmail.com
Then email us with the following
details:
- The Name that the purchase was made under.
- The Email Address that was used when the purchase was made.
- The Date of the purchase.
- The length of License that was purchased.
If you received a purchase receipt, please forward it to us. This will
help us locate your purchase and license information faster.
Q. My hard drive crashed and I lost my CameraWare License information!
How can I get it back?
A. Email us and ask us to
resend your CameraWare License information to you. Please include
the email address that you used when you purchased your CameraWare
License. This will help us find your license faster.
We recommend that you print out your CameraWare License information
when you receive it so you do not lose it in the event of hard drive or
other failure. It seems to be an inevitable fact of computing life!
Q. I just purchased a new CameraWare License. I copy/pasted the
new license information into the program. Why do I get a message
stating that my CameraWare License has expired?
A. The date on your PC is likely set incorrectly.
To fix this, double-click on the clock in the bottom left corner
of your screen. This will bring up the Date/Time Properties window.
Check that the date and year are correct. Make the
appropriate corrections, then click on the [Apply] button to save
your changes. Then run the viewer program and re-paste
your license information into the "Enter License Key" dialog
box and click on [OK].
Q. Why do I get a "License key incorrect." error message when I
try to run the CameraWare Standalone Viewer?
A. You must enter in your CameraWare License information
exactly as it is shown inside the you received.
All 3 fields (Key, Name and Email) must be correct in
order for the license information to work.
We recommend that you copy and paste the license
information from the email you received directly into the
"Enter License Key" dialog box to prevent any typos that
will cause this error message to appear.
Q. I have a CameraWare License, but my email address has changed. Will
this affect my license in any way? Do you need my new
email address?
A. No. Just continue using your license exactly as
it was sent to you. And when you purchase a new CameraWare License,
use your new email address.
Q. How do I renew my CameraWare License?
A. Just go to our CameraWare License

Q. Will my credit card be billed again after I purchase my CameraWare License?
A. No. We currently do not have a subscription option for purchase.
However, we have plans for it in the very near future for your
convenience. For now, you just purchase a new CameraWare License after
the current one you are using expires.
Q. Can I change any of the fields in my CameraWare License, like my name
or email address?
A. No. If you make changes to any of the 3 fields in your CameraWare
License, it won't run.
Q. I am going to purchase a 3-Year CameraWare License, but I know I will
be buying a new PC within the next year. Will there be any issues with
my CameraWare License by installing it onto the new PC?
A. You won't have any problems with installing CameraWare and using your
CameraWare License on your new PC.
Q. I own a CameraWare License. How do I purchase a CameraWare
License for a friend?
A. The key is in being able to order the license using a different email address then
the one you used to purchase your own license. Best is if you used your
credit card and purchased
here using a new email address. Visa and Mastercard are accepted using
this purchase option.
Q. Can I use an online check to purchase a license?
A. Yes, you can purchase a CameraWare License through
PayPal with an eCheck.
