Q. Can anyone participate in the CameraWare
Points Rewards Program?
A. Yes, everyone 18 years of age or older
can qualify to win a $10.00 CameraWare Points
Reward. Receiving votes is a PRIVILEGE of being a Top 20 camera! This
means that in order to receive votes, your camera must be one of the top 20
most viewed cameras at that time.
Note: If a viewer votes for you when you
are not in the list of Top 20 cameras, the vote is disregarded. The same
viewer can vote again for you when you are in the Top 20 list - even in
the same day. But they can still only vote for you one time per day when
you are in the Top 20 list.
Q. How do I join the program?
A. Just download the
FREE CameraWare Video Sender program and plug in your webcam to broadcast
LIVE on CameraWare. Have fun while chatting in our friendly
CameraWare Communities.
Viewers running the CameraWare Standalone Viewer program can then vote for you once per day.
Each vote can be worth 1 - 5 points. When you reach 1,000 points, you will
receive a $10.00 USD reward from us directly to your PayPal account.
When logging into the CameraWare Video Sender
program, use the identical Login Name, Broadcast Name and Password each
time. Accumulated points are based on those 3 things and if one of them
is changed (i.e. you use a different broadcast name) your points total
will go back to zero.
Note: You can only use one combination of Login Name, Broadcast Name and
Password in the Video Sender at one time. You cannot login to the Video
Sender on multiple computers with that same login configuration. If you
try, only the first one you login with will display to the viewers.
The number of points you have is displayed at the top of your CameraWare Video Sender
program, above your preview image.
You must
complete the Redeem Rewards webpage with your PayPal email within 10 days in order to
collect your reward.
Q. How do I collect my reward?
A. When you have achieved 1,000 points you will receive a notification
that you have a reward waiting to be redeemed. This will be
a new Redeem Reward webpage opened on your computer by our system.
There you will enter in your PayPal email address where we
send the payment to. If you do not have a PayPal account,
there will be a special link on the Reward Collection webpage to
create one. You can also create a PayPal account now to be
ready -- and it's free!

Then, just submit your email address to collect your reward. You will
have it in your PayPal account within
approximately 72 hours. :)
Q. What do you do with my personal information?
A. We only need your PayPal email address in order to
send you your reward money. All of your personal information is kept
100% private.
Q. How long do I have to collect my reward?
A. You have 10 days
from the time you qualify for a $10.00
CameraWare Points Reward to claim your reward. You claim your reward by entering
in your PayPal email address in the Rewards notification webpage that pops up when you win.
After 10 days, your reward will expire.
Q. Is there another way besides PayPal that I can collect
my reward money?
Not at this time. PayPal is our chosen method of payment.
Q. Do I lose my points when I sign out of the CameraWare
Video Sender?
A. No -- your points remain with you even when you go on and off camera
with the CameraWare Video Sender program. If you have 400 points when you
sign off, it will still be there when you log back in
to CameraWare. Just keep your same User Name, Broadcast Name and
Password when you login to the Video Sender.
Q. Do my points ever expire?
Yes, at the end of every month, all point counts are set back to ZERO (0). So if
you have 450 points on January 31st, they will be reset to zero on February 1st.
Q. Is there a limit to the number of 1,000 point rewards that I can win?
A. There is no limit to the number of rewards you can win in a single month. For each
time you reach 1,000 you will receive a $10 Points Reward! :)
Q. Does it cost money to sign up for a PayPal account?
A. No, PayPal is free to setup an account.
Q. How do I get money out of my PayPal account?
A. You can request a check from PayPal, or have them deposit
the money into your bank account. You can view your withdrawal
options by going to the Withdraw tab on your Account Overview
page (in your PayPal account).

Q. What do the "points" mean showing in the status area above my preview
image?
A. This shows you how many points you have received while broadcasting on
CameraWare. Viewers watching you with the CameraWare Standalone Viewer
can vote for you once per day. Each vote can be worth 1 - 5 points.
Q. How many points do I have to get in order to get a CameraWare Points
Reward?
A. When you reach 1,000 points you receive a $10.00 USD CameraWare Points Reward!
Q. Can I collect a Points Reward if I live outside the USA?
A. YES! Everyone can earn CameraWare Points Rewards. We pay directly to your
PayPal account -- it is easy and FREE to setup a PayPal account to receive your money.
You must be 18 years of age and older in order to receive a CameraWare Double Wow Reward.
Q. I entered in my PayPal email address to get my reward, but it has not
been deposited into my PayPal account yet. What do I do?
A. You should have your CameraWare $10.00 Points Reward money in your
PayPal account within approximately 72 hours. If you have not yet received it after this
time period, email us at cwhelp@gmail.com.
Include inside your email the exact
PayPal email address you entered on the Reward Collection page and your broadcast
name. Sometimes it may take longer to receive
your payment but they always are paid. Your patience is most
appreciated.
Q. What if I entered an incorrect email address to collect my reward?
A. Email us at cwhelp@gmail.com
with the incorrect email address you used, and what your correct
email address is. Also, tell us your broadcast name. We can then cancel
the payment to the incorrect address, and credit your correct PayPal account
with your $10.00 USD reward.
Q. Can a recorded broadcast win a CameraWare Points Reward?
A. No. Only LIVE cameras can win a Points Reward.
Q. How can I get Points on CameraWare?
A. Your goal is to have the most people watching you
while
you are live on CameraWare. Points are given to you
by your viewers
using the CameraWare Standalone Viewer program to
watch. Your camera must be in the Top 20 camera
list in order for the votes to count.
